I think the owners changed or something because it used to be my fave place to eat. Last time I went the rice was over cooked and the whole portion was generally smaller

Pho Saigon is okay for the average person. However, there are better Pho places in Scarborough.

the staff is very nice, service is prompt, and entire establishment (including washrooms) are always clean. Great food that is fast and cheap! what more could you ask for!

This vietnamese restaurant has the best grilled chicken w/rice dish! Different from all the other Viet restaurants I've been to.
Staff is also very nice. My only issue with this restaurant is that they close too early and they do not deliver.
